Lifetime movies are good. Is it weird that I like lifetime movies? A guy at work once said to my friend, (who is a real guy) "Why are you watching a lifetime movie?", lifetime movies are for women." I told my friend "guys watch lifetime movies too." And the guy replied to me saying, "Yeah but your a girl, it's okay if you watch lifetime", but he's a guy". This guy didn't know I was trans. But I like lifetime movies, a lot of them are good. Especially the ones with Tracey Gold. She's a major HOTTIE!!! I really don't like to label thing like "this is a guy thing" and "this is a girl thing". Ya like what you like, ya know? It's doesn't make you more or less of a guy if you like something that is considered for women or more or less of a girl if you like guy stuff.
Well, I can't agree on Tracey Gold, because I saw enough of her on Growing Pains to last a lifetime. LOL. But I love Lifetime movies, too. Can't help it. They're just so ridiculously over-dramatized, but for some reason, enticing plot-wise.
Other chick flicks I dig (no, I'm not ashamed... really...):
Mean Girls
A Lot Like Love
A Cinderella Story
Raise Your Voice
Freaky Friday (both versions, really)
Benny & Joon
13 Going on 30
Clueless
Nick & Nora's Infinite Playlist
He's Just Not That Into You
There are tons more, I just can't really think of them right now. However, I don't see how Girl, Interrupted qualifies as a chick flick. It was just a kickass drama. Well... whatever works.
