YES!!!I got my fee waiver granted!! So now I don't have to pay $355 to file a name of change 

I didn't think i would get approved because of my step dads income,but i explained my situation in another sheet..and bam!approved!

all i have to do is post my doc in the newspaper and wait for my court date.
