Yeah, as others have said, the cotton concealers don't work very well unless you are fairly small. Though they are extremely comfortable.
As for D-cups - I was a D when I started binding, and I found that the Tri-top gave me the flattest chest, but that the double front compression was more comfortable, and gave me a more natural look. (Comfort, of course, is a personal experience. For all of us who prefer the double front, there are just as many who prefer the Tri-top.) What worked for me was to reach under the binder and push the fat bags out and up, giving them more the look of pecs, instead of boobs.
For the rolling issue, what seems to work the best is to tuck the bottom of the binder into your underwear, and also to wear a belt.
