In 2002, Harisu became the second person in Korea to legally change their sex in the official family registry. She said: "I couldn't get a passport, visa or even my own bank accounts because I was legally a man."

Her ad copy sells her as the "Kylie Minogue of the East." This is "History," a decent rave-scene techno song (and techno usually isn't my thing):
