Girls, do you read the guys' forums? Guys, do you read the girls' forums?

I usually stay in the girls' forums unless there's a catchy title or something on the other side

EDIT: Forgive me for not using the acronyms MTF & FTM but I detest them.

I usually just go through the "unread posts since last visit", and often don't pay attention to which forum the post was originally in.  That being said, however, I have the guy's forum bookmarked, so I often go through those first.

Yep, both.

This place would seem a rather strange point to enforce 'bathroom' rules.

I do have quite a bit of experience of having to pass as a male. I have a male body, but among many men, that isn't really enough.

Besides, only by understanding others can I hope to really come to terms with myself.

Yes and... well... don't anyone go making too much of this  :embarrassed: but sometimes I feel like I almost have more in common with the boys than the girls!

:icon_yikes: Maybe I'm an imposter LOL ;) Welcome to the dark side. :D

I am like Jamie, I look to see if a title is interesting.  But sometimes I get into a thread that is like catching your brother with Hustler. :icon_yikes:

I leave very quickly.

But it is interesting that the guys seem to have just as much diyphoria over their twins as us girls.

And I agree Valentina, I am not fond of MtF or FtM.  We know which way we roll,  the guys are just guys as us girls are just girls.

Yeah, that's usually what makes my eyes wander to the guys' board. The only bookmark I have is for the home page; titles can easily draw my attention as I'm navigating along.

I do admit to hesitating when going to read the girl's sections. I feel kinda like a guy sneaking into the women's locker room. lol

I'm with Jamie-O on this one, my tab goes straight to "unread since last visit" and if I like the topic, or the responses, then I reply.  Best part of being an Andro is you get to shape shift, or as I've heard many times from other people (though not directed at me personally) I'm more of a man then you'll ever be and more of a woman then you'll ever have.

When I'm feeling all business I'll go to my personal last unread and then the andro then log off. When I am feeling more relaxed I browse, I grow more squeamish about body changing stuff as time goes on, but it's always nice to know how people feel about things and read people's anecdotes.

If I see something which interests me I'll pop into the girls forum. More often than not though it's a little too much girliness for me though. :P

I read everything. I usually do what Jamie-O does and go to unread posts. If something catches my eye then that's where I go. Having lived as a 'manly' man for so long (50+ tears) I feel I have pertinent information to add occasionally.

What Jamie-O said. I have unread posts set on speed dial and don't pay attention to the forum. Plus as forum admin, I kinda have to keep an eye over the whole landscape.

I feel the same, only in the opposite direction. I find myself hanging out in the girl's side a lot. The guy posts seem to focus more on the practical, while the girls' are almost spiritual. I'm really drawn to the intensity. Still love you guys though.

Ditto, but in reverse.

I like to read the guys' forums if something there catches my attention, but I try to respect the "boys club" and only reply if I have something relevant to add to the conversation.

I just go through unread since last visit. I do find some of the male threads to be quite interesting.... and besides. I cant resist all the hawtt avatar faces and the do I pass threads... *sigh*  ;)

I browse by the "Show unread posts since last visit." and sometimes end up in ftm threads. I've noticed a huge difference between the ftm threads and the mtf threads. Which I guess makes sense. I've noticed the ftm are more focused on the emotional side of transitioning issues with other people, family etc and the mtf is more on the practical/analytical side.. shopping and physicality generally speaking and this is just from what I've noticed, I'm sure most would disagree *shrugs*.
