They need to add another piece of important information to the wikis about starting HRT.

It does mention skin drying up, but it would be good to mention that scrotal skin can dry up to the point where it can start cracking.

It hurts to walk, it's painful, and they buuuuuuuuuuuuuurn!

That doesn't sound right. It is likely not related to HRT unless you are a special case. I haven't experienced anything like that before. Sounds like you may have a fungal infection.

Yeah...

I've had penile atrophy to the point that I've changed shape and erections are very painful if I don't consistently operate the device, and the scrotal tissue is soft as ever. Maybe softer since there's less hair growth and it's softer and finer.

I think you got played.
