I dunno if this is where I should post this...  I got accepted into a major digital art publication.

http://www.ballisticpublishing.com/books/exotique_2/

They even made my entry (Fishhook Girl, W M Nelson) one of the Limited Edition prints they send to the first 500 customers :D AWESOME! This is a big break, man! This book is like a phone book for publishers and companies looking for artists o_o

And they even respected my change to my initials!

I agree.  You are very talented and I'm not surprised that you were accepted.  To be perfectly honest, I found a folder on your web server with a bunch of art and I was looking at it and I was definitely impressed.  If you want to know how I found it, PM me.

Well, anyone can find it the normal way, through the link at the bottom of my sig :D

The story here is this lady is a retired superhero...  For a long tiem people thought she had luck powers but it turns out she just has an incredibly strong force of will that doesn't affect probabilities as people thoguth, but physically affects her surroundings.  So if she's playing poker, she doesn't get dealt aces, but they turn to aces when given to her.  There's a global catastrophe and she takes it as a new life, sort of, free of the responsibilites of taking care of all the helpless people and getting nothing in return, and takes up fishing, which she of course is really good at.  Her boat has no oars because she can create currents in the direction she needs, and the fish she catches come into existence on her hook.

That is really awesome and that pic rocks.  :)  If I had the extra $$ I would definately pre-order.  Would be the perfect coffee book material for the type of people that usually stop out at my house.

Fantastic that they respected the change to initials.  :)  :)

I was referring to your originals, not the ones in your gallery. ;)
