I'm serious about this. I talk about stuff here that would make most people cringe, but this is one that might get to even the most hardened blog readers. If you want to skip this, I don't blame you. Here's a clue: rectal.

OK. If you haven't gone away, I'll tell you why my recovery would be going swimmingly if not for one problem.

I am suffering, and suffering it is, with something called a rectal prolapse. That's beyond swollen hemorrhoids, which I also have. Rectal prolapse is when part of the rectum protrudes through the anus. It's actually less painful than it sounds, but it's a serious problem. I need to find a way to fix it, at least temporarily, so I can continue my recovery.
