I just got moved into a dorm at uni so we use their ethernet connection...
I know it blocks some ports so there is no way to use certain ranges. But I'm using 6667 as my default mirc port and I can connect to other servers just fine...
So I don't really understand why  I can't connect!

try a different port to connect with
[13:55:01] <@TGBot> Server: irc.susans.org
[13:55:01] <@TGBot> Port(s): 6666,6667,6668,7177, or 7575
