THE Metro Manila Development Authority is rejecting proposed public urinals for the third sex.

General manager Robert Nacianceno said putting up the facilities would mean throwing good money after bad.

"I beg to disagree. I don't think the third sex is anatomically different from the ordinary men and women," he said.
