So, last year on or around December 23rd, I visited a gynecologist and got a shot of some strong birth control. (I don't want to mention what kind because I don't know if that would be against the rules or not.) I made a huge mistake that day by not asking the doc any questions about it and just using what she told me as my only information when making the decision to get the shot.
I'm telling you right now people, ALWAYS ask your doctor questions. They will ask you, "Do you have any questions?" and your answer should definitely be yes.
For example, if your doctor mentions that for the first three months after your shot there may be some "irregular bleeding," and then asks if you have any questions... Well, I think you get the point.
Anyway, I got that shot on December 23rd. My period stopped by Christmas, and then started up again on January 7th.
And today, nearly one month later, I AM STILL BLEEDING. There were a couple days where it turned into spotting and I thought it was over, but now the flow is getting heavier and I'm starting to get a rash "down there" from wearing pads every day. I know, TMI, whatever, I don't care right now. I just want to punch someone, preferably myself...
