1) Inversion with scrotal graft is reed's SOP

and since I haven't got it yet...

4) Dr. Harold Reed (miami)
before everyone whaps me upside the head for it, yes, I understand the risks inherent with surgery of such scope, I don't anticipate major complications aside from boredom. and yes, it may not look "perfect" but compared with what I have now, the worst that can happen is need for second stage labiaplasty.

Two stages separated by well over 2 decades. Penile inversion in the early 1980's with subsequent revision labiaplasty & clitoroplasty done in 2010.

Part 1 was done by a UK surgeon that I will not name as he has long since retired and it isn't fair to criticise as SRS techniques were less advanced then. It cost me £6000. I will give him a 6.5 because despite leaving me looking a bit like an accident in a butchers shop when my labia were parted he did manage to give me a depth of over 6.5 inches out very little material

Part 2 was done in 2010 by Mr James Bellringer at Charing Cross. It cost me £2500. How he did what he did I don't know but the results are miraculous. It now both looks and feels fantastic.

He gets a 10+++ I would STRONGLY recommend Mr Bellringer to anyone from the UK who is looking for a good surgeon.

He has worked miracles and made something which I now realise was an anatomical mess into a work of art! How he ever managed to make a sensate clitoris out of nothing is a mystery - but he has!  :)

As I am still pre-op I am thinking along these lines.

1.)What sort of SRS do you plan to get or what sort did you get?
2 stage Penile Inversion

2.)How much will it or did it cost?(if more than 5 years ago what year also)
$15,000 for Vaginoplasty  $4000 for labiaplasty.  No travel as he is close and only a short stay in the hospital.

3.)If you have already had the surgery, on a scale of 1-10(10 being best) how does the result compare to what you expected. (Don't answer if you don't feel comfortable answering.)
Still need to A) raise funds and B) schedule surgery.

4.) Who did it?
At this time I am leaning towards Dr. Tuan Nguyen in Oregon.

In the past he didn't have a great reputation especially with NHS patients? I met one or two people that had problems afterwards!

He may have upped his game in recent years then?

It's possible... I suppose it is also possible that the people who saw him may have had overly high expectations or indeed were just unlucky. Though I did indeed see him privately, but I went to CXH because they do have the best aftercare nursing expertise.

Mr B. is a bit more formal than some other surgeons that I've known, but his surgical skills are excellent.  I can't believe how much he got done in less than an hour of surgery.

He understood what I wanted, which was a fully bio-normal appearance and he pretty well delivered it, within the limits of my biology, and with a few extra improvements that I wasn't expecting as a bonus! So I'd say he's certainly worth a look.
