Hey everyone, I'm back.  (Hey what's that groaning I hear) :)

The move went pretty good, and we're pretty well set up in the new condo, and as you can tell we have our internet connection back up and running.  Some major changes for Gill and I... we traded the big red 2002 Dodge 1500 4x4, and the 1995 ford (piece of junk) Contour for two 2007 Toyota Yaris (fully loaded) Gill got a red one and I got a deep blue one, yay!

We have made some huge compromises to get to this point.  We sold our beautiful big house in the country and we are renting this condo for a y ear to see how things work out.  This will give us both time to get past my SRS and reevaluate "us".  We're not splitting up just downsizing like there's no tomorrow, getting ride of our excess baggage so to speak, and doing something for Gill for a change.

So enough of that, it's good to be back (not that I was gone that long) and hopefully I/we will be back up to full speed by the end of the week.

So in the mean time... What's new :)

Welcome back, Steph.

Glad the move went well.

And the clock tics on toward Montreal.  :)

Hi Steph! Welcome back!  I wasn't groaning, I was just screaming with joy!! ;)

Glad to hear that the move went well.  Honestly one of the things I hate the most is moving; even if you hire someone to do the moving for you, you always have to do something, like wrapping the china, opening the doors for the studs and stuff ;D ;D ;D

What's new?  hmmmmm.... same old, same old....you will see... ;)

Welcome to your home away from home!

You were gone?

:P

Welcome back to that same old place you used to laugh about.  Well the names have all changed since you hung around....   ;D  Oh and Contour's were horrible cars.  I had a Ford Service Manager warn me away on them.  Loved my ZX2 though.  Been seeing a Yaris here and there.  The Prius and Suzuki Reno is becoming more popular too.

Welcome back Steph. I knew you haven't been on in a while and that is not like you. You are a  computer junkie. LOL That is good for you to be downsizing and all. What kind of car is a Yaris, is it one of those electric cars? I think you will like liveing in a condo, less yard work and less house work. I know when we went from 5 acres and a 2600 sq ft home to a lot 60X100 with a home that 1600 sq ft it was like a whole lot of chores went away. I could concentrate on my transitioning. I'm happy we did that. We bought some smaller cars too. I had a one ton ford 4X4 with the biggest engine you could get and she had a small pickup-Ranger. Now we have a toyata camrey and a toyata pick up. Well, Steph, I'm glad you are doing well. I hope everything works out for the best.

Hey there Sheilla.

A Yaris is made by Toyota, it's a pintsize gas engine driven economy car that's rated at 51 MPG.

That sounds like a nice car to have to just drive around town in. How much room does it have? I guess I need to go see one. I'm thinking ab out trading my pickup in for a car. I do like my little pick up, but would like to have something a little more fem. for me. I have been telling Pat that I want a new T-Bird with a soft top. I keep telling her how much fun that would be for the two of us going to the coast in a convertible, going shopping. lOL She is not buying it though. I hope you have fun with the two cars- hers and hers.

Hey Steph! Congrats! New place and a new car to boot! The Yaris' are great as well. I'm partial to the red myself, but blue is my all-time favorite color. :P
