Well I just got back from the bookstore where I was Sir'ed by two people. The lady helping me find the books only said it once cause my voice gave me away. The cashier on the other hand said sir at least 6 times. I left the store feeling pretty good about myself and had to share. 

Congratulations!  It does feel wonderful, doesn't it?  It's like others are finally seeing what you knew all along.
