when i was sleeping last night i had a dream that has been with me for awhile. in it i see myself as the woman i truly am.

What else can any of us be other than who and what we are?

Although I've always wanted to be an astronaut

But truly... follow that dream and make it your reality 

Dreams can be very powerful. I actually chose my name with the help of a dream. Early in transition, I had a dream in which everyone was calling me Kathryn. It was so real and so powerful that I ended up going with it. For me it really added a certain significance to the process of choosing my name.
