I ordered my Likereal a month ago, I have emailed them 4 times and no answer. Should I be freaking out or should I just chill and wait for a bit. It was supposed to be delivered almost 2 weeks ago according to their shipment time of 2 weeks and the shipping I ordered.

What payment method did you use?
I suggest to contact your bank or credit card service and request a dispute form. Also note that you have attempted to contact the retailer without avail.

Possibly there's no reason to freak out, but usually banks/ccs have a 31-45 day term wherin you need to declare a disputed transaction or they won't take action (anymore).
If you do call in the dispute also inform the company that you have or that you will.

Np. Never hurts to contact your bank in advance so they have a note on it. Makes it easier if it does become a dispute case. ;)

That's odd, they always responded quickly to me. But I was e-mailing the German e-mail address, not the US one. This was before they opened their US office.

Do you think the German email address would be able to help me or would they just refer me back to the US one?

Don't know. I was communicating with them when they were just in Germany. If you bought from the US office they'd probably just reroute you there.
