It went pretty good, I was a little nervous but Ive been through it before, I did maybe 5-6 sessions with a different counselor and stopped. But I think this time I've found the right one. I was a little surprised I found someone who specialized in GID in my area, with the type of area I live in (alabama) you wouldn't think there would be one.

Any-who, mostly just the basic stuff today, ive got a follow up next Wednesday so something to look foward to.

Good for you! That first session can be super nerve racking, even without the whole GID issue tossed in. I'm glad it went well for you and wish you best of luck!!
