A SCOT has become the first person in the world officially declared as neither a MAN or a WOMAN.

Norrie May-Welby has been registered on a birth certificate as sex "Not Specified".

Paisley-born Norrie, 48, had a sex change operation 20 years ago after emigrating to Australia as a child.

This person just looks like a scary nutjob to me. I'm not talking about gender characteristics, I'm talking about the look in their eyes.

Given that it comes from The Sun I wouldn't be surprised if it wasn't even the person they claim.

I also wouldn't be surprised of they have never been to Australia except for an office jaunt.

The Sun isn't into high brow. Lots of semi naked women, lots of adverts for sex toys, escorts and women claiming to be really lonely, lots of stories about evil sex perverts with implied references about what they would do to them and a smattering of stories about how utterly indignant they are about the state of the world and the general lowering of standards.

Then, every so often, some article about how much they love the Queen, her mother and no-one else.
