Hello!

Welcome to our happy home.  I'm sure Janet will be along shortly to tell you about this wonderful place and the rules of the road.

To answer your question, no.  It is never too late.  I am a late bloomer myself and transitioned well beyond the age that you are now.  Well beyond.

Have a look around and sample the forums.  Why don't you go to the introductions forum and tell us about yourself.

Talk to you soon!

LOL.

Sorry for laughing at your question.  But I have too, because if it is to late to start over 36 then I am in big trouble.  I began at 53, and my 56th birthday is coming up.  It is never to late to start.

I am 42 and have just started HRT and beard removal in the last 5 months.
I have a friend who lives nearby who is starting her transition at 60.
You are definatly not too old for transition.
So it is said that if you know your enemies and know yourself, you can win a hundred battles without a single loss.
If you only know yourself, but not your opponent, you may win or may lose.
If you know neither yourself nor your enemy, you will always endanger yourself.

I started transition at 41.   I now wish that I had started much younger but confidence and life issues got in the way.   I suppose I am lucky that very few people have ever taken me for my true age and have always said I looked younger.   It is definitely not too late to start transition at 36.   It took longer than that for me to grow confident enough to transition

It's too late when you're dead (if transition is your life path)

Whilst I have to say that the earlier one transitions the easier it is to do I think it is never actually too late.

I transitioned whilst very young and so avoided most of the traumas and difficulties, but I also do know of people who did so sucessfully in their sixties and seventies, and I really don't feel that it is my place to judge their timing.

It depends on a lot of factors, but I started at age 65 and have had good results.  I've never been as happy.

Good luck to you, Smith.  As Flan said, it is only too late when you are dead.  Don't wait that long. ;)

Hi Smith,
.
I'm 36, and I only recently began transition.
I began HRT this year, and facial electrolysis a year and a half ago.
.
It's definitely not too late for you.
.
Advice?
Read. Reputable websites.  Books.  Learn what you can.
.
Explore.  Be yourself.  Be open with yourself so you can find where you need to be.
.
Talk.  Find a counselor that deals with gender issues.  Find friends who you can be genuine with.
.
Plan. Your life situation may allow for immediate action.  Or it may require patience and time.  After you find where you need to be, decide how best to get there.
.
I wish you the best of luck.

Thank you so much for all nice sisters here :-* :-* :-*

Thanks for your support, thanks for your information, thanks for your sharing, your knowledge, you are my family guys, I'm so happy, unfortunately this is just a forum, not in the real life, I meant, we are not meet eachother in the real life.

I always meet everyone who don't like me, they saw me like as disgusted, like as rubbish in thier society, but I'm patient to receive this, because here I am.
That's why I'm so happy now has new family even just only in the forum, because I'm not alone. :'(

Thanks sisters :D
