Hey all :)

I'm a month and a half into my T and my blood work has been coming up steadily "male range" from right out the gate. My focus was totally on hair and muscles before I started T...and obviously things are changing. My voice is already dropping and cracking, my skin is starting to get rougher in spots, my hair seems to be growing in faster and thicker...and of course there's the button growth downstairs.

What I'm curious about is...MtFs get a softer face, more feminine face over time. Does our face change structurally? I've not noticed any changes to my actual form. I hear we do keep the hips (which is a major bummer cuz I've got *ass*) I know I'm getting more dense muscle...but I guess I'm just mainly wondering about my face. Is it just the addition of facial hair? Or is there other changes that I can expect. As you can see from avatar I'm starting from a pretty femmy face already.
I'm also the spouse to the fabulous Mrs. Cynthialee.

You'll lose face fat, and what's left will rearrange into a more male pattern, but I doubt your facial bone structure will change much. Just grow a beard if you need to, there's never any doubt for a man with a beard.

My face has definitely gotten more rougher and fuller. The fat has kind of shifted under my chin and I think the muscle is actually getting denser in my face.

Yes.....I've only been on T for only 20 days....they say my face got squarer.

People say that my face has changed. All I know is that some of the fat has diminished or redistributed. And, of course, I have really good sideburns...but I don't think that's what you meant.

My face has changed. Can't put my finger on what exactly is different though. I was even more feminine looking than you from the pic and finally look completely male, passing and all that. Took a bit longer for me than other guys, but it happened. Facial hair helps a lot even if you're clean shaven.

My nose is a bit wider I think, my jaw more square, and when I clench my jaw, the muscles on the jaw and up the sides of my head are massive compared to before. I've got a bit more of a brow ridge too. All in all more manly, man! My pic in my avatar doesn't do things justice, things have changed since then.

I"ll have to have another pic taken, in front of the same AIR PATROL poster yay!

Yes, but it all depends on genetics. It isn't skull shape change, but fat redistribution, muscle (and ligament) growth and (I think) cartlidge growth.

I'm only a week and a half in, but I think (placebo effect?) I'm getting the slightest of changes already. FWIW, I had very high T levels beforehand.

I've noticed a very, very slight change in skin (more acne in new places, and I can see pores where I couldn't before) and I'm pretty sure the bridge of my nose has gotten slightly wider (enough that I see intents from the nose piece on my glasses where I didn't before).

Again, it's very, very slight - I'd miss it if I wasn't 1. looking for it, 2. Taking daily photos, 3. Also noticed an extra 4 black facial hairs. It could still be all in my head though.

Goddamn I love T  ;D

Still... Hurry up and work faster you lazy T receptors! *Whip*

I've been on T for almost 3 months and my face shape has definitely changed already, my jaw is a bit more square. My neck has also gotten thicker, as well as certain parts of my neck looking thicker, which makes my face looks different somehow.
Call me a cheat but I make my own fate.

With my fingers, I can feel a change in my Adam's apple. Unfortunately, it doesn't show. >:(

I'll be on T 5 months in april.  My face has changed.  My neck is way thicker, i have a bit of a brow ridge, my nose used to be turned up a bit but it's straightened out, is wider and a little longer.  My chin comes out more.  My forehead, from the side, is different - it goes up a little higher, isn't as round.  The shape of my head in general is just different.
