OK, because of timing and just some family issues, I havent yet seen my therapist yet. I was searching the other day and saw some therapist that will do phone discussions w/u..Does anyone
know anything about this and how effective it may be

Also, what would u do if ever had a liscense check with no letter from your therapist??
I am sure everyone understands the importance of going out and natural it feels..

One thing that will help, once you get a therapist is a carry letter.  Even though I have never had to use mine, I still have it just in case I am unable to respond to medical personnel.

Of course you need to check in your area as to what it takes to change the gender marker on your Driver's license.

I've had to show my license several times - to go with my Visa card, to a policeman for going too fast :icon_redface:, and a few other times to various authorities in less confrontational circumstances.  No one ever questioned why I have an "M" on it.

I've thought about just saying something dismissive about the DMV but probably would just say I'm transsexual and haven't had surgery yet.  (It's not a big deal to me, so why would it be to them? :-\)

Funnily enough a few years back I had the Motor Registry issue me a license with a M gender (I'm FTM). Unfortunately I changed states and therefore liceses and they 'corrected' it.  :eusa_doh:
