I don't know if this has been posted in the past or not; but Nick posts fairly frequenly on the LJ FTM group, and he IS a doctor who has transitioned. He wrote this for FTMs in particular; it's free to download and is helpful for both transmen AND their doctors. I highly recommend reading it; it answered a lot of my questions and gave me more information than I even knew was out there.

Yeah, I recommended it to my doctor. She found it very helpful.
