I get prescribed the injectable here in the US and do feel thankful I have that option. But at least you all in the UK and Canada can obtain Cyproterone Acetate if you wanted it.
It does seem to be swings and roundabout as far as where you live in the world. Over here we can get Cyproterone Acetate no problem at all! but injectable HRT is still not legally licensed here in the U.K!
