snaping at others , feeling like an ugly creature , and it's like i get hurt by teeny tiny things ,like if someone said something to me just in a non-friendly way!  . i've been crying over cartoons?! i mean i cry at movies sometimes , but not lion king!
i started HRT only one week ago with self administered meds and dosage
i take ethinyl estradiol and cyproterone acetate  now . and i have a history of depression , could that be the reason?
i'm not able to go see a doctor about HRT , so i'm depending on my own research , did i take something wrong? and should i be back to my antidepressants along with the HRT?

You need to talk with a doctor. This is dangerous.

Speaking from experience, even relatively minor changes in an estrogen-dominated hormone system can cause very very serious psychological effects. Extremely serious, dangerous, and possibly deadly. Look up PMDD, postpartum depression, and the psychiatric side effects of birth control for an idea of the stuff that can happen because of hormone changes even within the 'normal' range in genetic females. If you have psych reactions to female hormones you must get in contact with a medical professional.

Edit: If you're in a country where talking to a doctor is unsafe (I recall you're in North Africa somewhere?) then you might be able to get a phone consult with a doctor outside the country. Or, at a minimum, a psychologist - what are the patient confidentiality protections? Are there any?

Lia, please see an endocrinologist and have your hormone levels checked. Hormones are powerful things and can do some major damage to your body. Too much estrogen can cause a lot of damage to your organs, particularly your liver. This can end up ruining your transition and your life.

Patience can and does pay off. If you mess up your liver now, then you won't be able to get back on HRT even if your liver is taken care of because it may cause organ failure. This means you may have to deal with Testosterone again, or if you've had an orchie, no proper hormones at all which will lead to bone issues.

As I said before if you can't get to a doctor to properly monitor your hormone levels then you shouldn't be on hormones.

Susan's rules and TOS-
QuoteWe can not in good conscience condone the self administering of these medications. Not only may self medication be illegal, but HRT medications can cause serious health problems, and many have the potential for life-threatening side effects that can only be detected and prevented with proper medical supervision.
