I can relate here - but I'm not an androgyne :) I'm transsexual all the way to male, and then a little bit transgendered back the other way. But I can only handle the feminine stuff when I'm firmly planted in the "male" box.

When a typical man vs. woman discussion breaks out at a party, and you find that you are perfectly capable of discussing the merits of either side.

When as a bio-male, having the above ability might somehow out you, so ultimately you remain quiet lest you slip up.
