Mostly because of ENDA, but also because the success of this stuff will determine how widely it is used in the upcoming elections. Trans activists have been warning it was coming for a bit more than a year now -- including myself, but I'm hardly the one most keyed into it.
Should trans folk be part of the same thing that gays, lesbians, and bisexuals are part of?
