After 12 days of HRT, I believe I can actually tell the estrogen is working  .  My nipples are just barely sore and somewhat more sensitive.  However, when I rub either of them, they get extremely erect.  This has NEVER happened before.  It happens everytime I rub them.  There must be something going on "in there."

As I recall, the first growth is the milk ducts behind the nipples.  Then comes breast tissue.
