I thought I would forward this item that I got from an FtM Yahoo group I'm a member of. 

There's a guy named Joey Hellrose who wrote an eBook about sex for and with FtMs.  It currently costs about $15, and on April 30th (Yeah, coming right up!), and every 6 months after that, he says he plans to have a drawing to award 50% of the proceeds to some lucky transguy for his surgical/transition costs. 

I "took one for the team" and bought the book.  It really does exist.  It's 78 pages and comes as a PDF emailed to you.  I haven't had a chance to really look at it yet, but it looks as if it has some interesting stuff in it.  The first half, or so, is about his own experiences, (with both men and women) and the way he has learned to deal with his trans-specific issues.  The second half is interviews with other trans men.
