I am of the opinion that I should mutter a thank-you and then hide...  :icon_redface: *ahem* ;)

A full pocket is never a bad thing though! :)

Not sure I really have any business posting here, but....  ;) You know you were a androgynous kid when you used to run around wearing a skirt and no shirt.
Yeah, those were the good ole' days before puberty.  :P

When you ponder the possibility of taking testosterone... so you can feel more comfortable in a dress.

LOL, or estrogen so you can feel comfortable in your skin as a guy. How about when your wife points out you carry lip gloss AND a pocket knife!

OMG Helena please stop feeding me these lines... You'll have the whole susans forum even more convinced than they already are that I am completely nuts!

When I was about 14 or 15 I started having very intense conversations with my parents about how I saw myself growing up - these were the conversations that led to my going to see Dr John Randall in Harley St in 1977. Anyway during one of these I drew a nude picture of how I thought the adult me would look - and it was a figure female in every respect and detail but with a beard, noticable muscle tone, and short buzz cut hair. I guess I really was a bit mixed up back then! ;D

In the final analysis my beard growth was never really that strong so ultimately it had to go and I don't really regret the loss as it makes life easier. But I still have a huge thing for bearded men. I love stroking them and being kissed by them!

You know you're an androgyne when you have full gender reassignment and then about a year afterwards, just for a laugh, you get a buzz cut, go out to a party in a tuxedo with an obviously feminine figure, and promptly pull your first ever serious girlfriend (having never really been interested in anything but men before).

Oh - and just for good measure I had been dating a man at the time too!

hehe...nothing wrong with that Jenny, I think a buzz cut looks good on a girl if she has the confidence to carry it off. the girl I'm kind of seeing at the moment has a buzz cut with a feathered fringe. she looks hot ;D

Jenny, RC, merci ;)

You know when... You see absolutely no reason why you can't audition for the role of Julliet and Romeo at the same time.

A 'true' (smirk) ag would never apply for Romeo or Juliet - Mercutio all the way.

LOL! Tried that, they wouldn't let me - I had to do separate auditions. Got Benvolio instead, anyway.

You go into the women's restroom and a gal in there yells, "You're in the wrong restroom!" So you go into the men's room and the guy at the urinal says, "This is the men's room, honey."

Not that I'm an androgyne, mind you.

I had this happen once when I first came out. Over all though now I don't get hassled in the men's room.

I can relate here - but I'm not an androgyne :) I'm transsexual all the way to male, and then a little bit transgendered back the other way. But I can only handle the feminine stuff when I'm firmly planted in the "male" box.

I feel the same:D

On a similar note, you find yourself wondering - why the hassle?

Oh no, you should see me when I try to follow a convo between Ciny and LordKAT. It pretty much equals watching two hamsters deciding who can go play on the plastic wheel first - or at least, that's what I think they're talking about... ???

I guess we make the hassle occasionally in attempt to rid some hassle... And thus the dog chased its tail..

When your wife returns the oversize heels you bought online to the local store without batting an eye.

When more boxes show up from the same online store later :)

(hey, they had a SALE!!! I restrained myself LOL....)
