Alright so I have a few questions because I am thinking about surgery. I would appreciate your help in answering these:
-Risks? What is the worst possible thing that could happen?
-Which genitalia gave the more intense orgasm?
-Its my understanding that there is secondary surgery that makes your vagina look better. Does it look horrible without it?
-If I am correct you take hormones. You grow breasts, but do you start to have a period?
-While researching the process it said that you have to use a medical grade dildo so that it does not seal up? What's with that? And are they talking about walking around with it in? If you stop having sex or masturbating does that just happen or is it a case where you have to for like the first month?
-Urination. Sounds silly I know, but does it hurt after surgery? Is it any different (aside from not being able to stand up and go).

If you guys care to share personal stories I would appreciate that. It would be good to here different experiences.

You have asked so many questions!  We have a quite complete wiki here and many of your questions are answered there.  Also if you look through some of the forum threads you'll find the stories of people who have had similar experiences.

Just to answer one of your questions, though, if you have male to female gender reassignment surgery, you will have to use a dilator (it's not a dildo) pretty much for the rest of your life.  And no, you do not, actually cannot, walk around with it in.  *there are a number of forum threads dealing with the dilation regimen*

As far as personal stories go, what do you want to know?  If you go to my blog, listed in my sig, and here, you'll find many personal stories about my transition from male to female.  There are other blogs here that have many stories.

Yes, you have to dilate forever. However, over time the amount and the frequency goes down. I've heard some people dilate every couple months and not have any problems. However, the first six months are pretty laborious.

No, you do not start having a period.

Urination isn't really painful after surgery, but for me I had a little difficulty peeing for about 2 weeks.
