I've spent the day sat in virtual silence because using my boy voice strains my vocal chords more than my girl voice...and I can't think of a decent excuse as to why I'd have raised the pitch of my voice.

Whenever I feel depressed I realise there is no one to talk to since I don't know how to point it out.
That makes me 'meh' and figure I should go to sleep now.
