Hey everyone,

Several years ago i joined Susan's under a different name, as a confused soul who didn't know much about their gender identity. Back then i didn't know much about being transsexual. I learned a lot about myself over the last few years and have decided that i feel more female than male inside. I spent a long time trying to fight it, ignore it, forget it. It wasn't until i had a conversation with someone who was 14 months into their transition, that i slowly realized it sounded sooo much like myself. I know this is something i have to do. I can't spend the rest of my life as a male. I only have one life to live, and i can't live through life wishing that i had made a different decision and went through with it.

I may be more of a reader than a writer for a while here, but once i get my transition underway, i'm sure i'll have much to contribute and i'll be able to help out people who are as confused as i was.

Thanks,
-Zen
