I read an article somewhere (link is on Susans I think) about scientists being able to turn ovaries into testicles. Now that would be totally awesome! Who knows what they will be able to do in the future. Chromosome replacement therapy? Just pondering.

The phallo thing is because I am old. It doesn't look or work like real and leaves bad scarring.  I will get top surgery first and then probably a meta with implants and hook up.

Wouldn't it depend on the surgeron? I heard some you can feel sexual sensation etc

Doesn't change the fact that it doesn't look or act like the real thing. No surgeon can do that. Some can get close to the look but none can make it work.

iirc it just converts function into T factories, but it's still a big step up from having to inject T.
