I hope this is a good place to ask this:
Does anyone know of any transgendered groups having regular meetings, somewhere in the West-London area, or Middlesex in general?

Living up in Hull its not one Ive ever looked into but there is some out there Im sure. Google should help bring something up but Im certain some of the other brits on these boards will be able to point you towards something.

There are 2 main ones:

Spectrum: http://www.spectrumlondon.org.uk/
Translondon: http://www.translondon.org.uk/Home.html

Then theres FtM London: http://www.ftmlondon.org.uk/page7.htm

and then various other smaller ones (youth groups, ethnic minority groups etc...)

Middlesex, eh...? Thats where I'm based! xDD Good to know there are some locals on the site!

I'd also check out the QYN bunch, as they often have meetups all around the country.
Actually, I think they're more FTM based? I've never been on one lol.
