First take a calming breath and center yourself.
You are a teen with little masculinization you could do rather well. BUT!...HRT is a miles may vary situation. You won't know until you know.
Your voice will not be effected by estrogen. Voice requires work for us MTF ladies.
We can not know how large your breasts eventually will be. Some say within a cup size of your mom but that is not a hard set rule.

And congratulations, HRT is a big step.
So it is said that if you know your enemies and know yourself, you can win a hundred battles without a single loss.
If you only know yourself, but not your opponent, you may win or may lose.
If you know neither yourself nor your enemy, you will always endanger yourself.

It really depends on how far your puberty has progressed so far.

But the results should be good.

One of the more positive benefits will be that your male hair should stop developing.

As for your voice, it depends on if it has already broken and the extent.

These are sadly, general responses based upon what I know of the effect of the hormones. Hopefully there will be someone here who can give you some better information.

But I do want to say how very pleased I am for you.
