Dark chocolate (I can come off rather intense, slightly bitter and well...dark,)  with raspberry-flavored liquor in the middle (a bright, energetic, tangy and super-fruity flavor, but not terribly sugary--it's there, it's in yer face and it tastes like RASPBERRIES!) 

Yum...alcohol...

then I'd be the one with the bite taken out of it.

I'm the whole box of chocolates with a large assortment half Dark and Half normal chocolate all with interesting bits in the centre but Nothing to tell you what any of the pieces are so you have no way of knowing what you are going to get but all the bits are enjoyable, but there is a surprise with every bite just under the surface

Id be a chunk of unrefined colombian cocoa. infinite possibilities.

I'd be a triple deck. The base would be white chocolate, the center a milk chocolate (possibly with ---), and the top a dark foreign chocolate at about 87% cacao. All ingredients purely organic.

I'd be the chocolate that is filled with cheese, cause someone would bite into it at first like "WTF IS THIS?!?!" and then, after getting to know the cheese, say "damn, this is some good cheese".
