Ok so today was D day for me that big day I go to the dr's and say about myself, a friend of mine came in with me for surport which I did need as I was very nervous and stressing about it and it was hard for me I really didn't know what to say but it came out.  My Dr of course was very understanding about it and we had a chat and I have to go back again in 3 weeks time as she is going to look into it and see where I need to be referred to etc to get things going.

Sounds like you're on a good path. I'm glad your doctor was understanding. Some aren't.
