My mind is sort of like the Cold War, two strong powers that would destroy eachother if they ever went to war...
...
Sometimes you just feel the need to roll up your sleeves and knock some heads... :P:D  )

As to strong, assertive women that can do just that, Anime is very very good for that kind of stuff....
a great strong female.... ruthlessly efficient and calculating, yet in the end, just wishes to be a human...
:D

The man in me is how I cook, lol.

Fast, easy, simple

Microwave is my best friend.

Frozen, canned, instant, 1 ingredient or less. 5 min prep time.

I could have written this.  Let me add that what doesn't get cooked in the microwave is generally done on the gas grill.  My gourmet cooking is when I make fried rice, as it takes both the rice cooker and a wok/skillet.

Other "man in me" moments...housecleaning (never have developed that feminine efficiency)...a tendency to collect "junk" and an on-going battle with procrastination (which I'm going to work on one of these days).

Ya put your right foot in.  You put your right foot out.  You put your right foot in and you shake it all about.  You do the Andro-gyney and you turn yourself around.  That's what it's all about.

I've always loved to cook. I don't own a microwave, and don't buy much in the way of prepared or canned foods, I'd rather make things from scratch.

After cooking 3 straight weeks after katrina on charcoal and grill, grill is my last option lol (still when I smell BBque, I gag). I dont collect "stuff". I have very few CDs, DVDs, Books, and magazines/comics.

Somedays I do procrastinate, but I am pretty good with keeping things straight. Photos on my site show the condition of my house in the backgrounds for proof including my current profile pic (guess you can't see much in it).
