You look as though you have the right bone structure to start with so HRT will work its miracle on you. HRT will only shift fat not bone unless you are really young and your skeleton is still growing. So the sooner you start the better.

Its a interesting journey to see the changes on HRT.

wanted to say thanks to everyones replies. it's kind of frustrating how everyone says how good things will be once I start HRT cause i can't seem to get on hormones for the life of me..

Hon, sooner the better, if you don't have therapist get to know one and they will be able to help with the regimen. By the looks they will know you already are a woman.
Be extremely careful with the blue pill, just look at me......Just kidding :-)
