Hey guys! So I joined the intramural rugby team at my university, and underworks compression shirts just aren't cutting it--the rolling, slipping around, etc make it so that I'm constantly readjusting it after every time I get sacked or do any sprinting. Are there any better, more rigid and stable binding methods I could use?
I know there are health risks that accompany tighter binding, but since it would be for a limited period of time a few days a week only, I'd actually be willing to take that chance. I just don't know what methods would actually be most effective in this scenario. I would love not having to wear an underworks shirt at all and just have something around my chest during practices and games, as it's very hot this time of year.
The other question was just if anyone has noticed that they have less diaphragm/lung control while singing in a binder and sound worse as a result. Or maybe my binder is just too tight and it's messing with the blood flow to my head and making me crazy

....either way, any and all advice is greatly appreciated!
