I went to sleep last night contemplating my day thinking, looking and thinking about tomorrow's day and i prayed some in my head and i just felt sad and asked God to hold me!!!!!!!!!!!!!
You people on this site are very nice and have already helped me to use and bring out some emotionl sides of me i repressed for a while....

I often or as of lately have gone to sleep at night knowing i had yet another day and week and month ahead of me and asked for nothing much except that God hold me in my sleep, like a mother holding a child just holding and shushing me and loving me.............
Does everyone else wish this sometimes???

Yes Ricki, I do feel like that very regularly, and I experience his hugs and kisses everytime I imerse myself in prayer.  God has touched my life and the lives of those I love in unbelievable ways, and for this I know that miracles do happen.

I think we all need to be hugged, although we do not always admit this.  One of the psychological benefits of religious belief is the conviction that God is always there, holding us in the palm of his/her hand.  It is also very nice if you have another human being who can hug you and who you can hug.

I agree that we all feel that way sometimes, Ricki.  They aren't near as good as hugs from above but here's some electronic hugs through the ether for you {..} {..} {..}
