I have recently picked up on kickboxing, and dang! I cannot believe how intense it can be! But for me, it's a good type of "intense". It's the type of feeling where your body feels like it's going to drop or burn up into ashes and yet you want to keep going, and going, and going! Oh man...it just feels really good.
I haven't felt this good about myself, and/or my body in a while. I know that fitness (having been in many sports in the past before my injuries) is a way for our bodies to relax, and usually makes our lives more less-stressful, however there's just something about doing cardio fitness stuff with Kickboxing that is much more appealing than maybe running on the treadmill, or running in general.
I have been doing it every morning now (on the weekdays) for the past two weeks and man, I can say I have notice improvements on not only with my stamina, but also with the shape of my body (I'm actually bulking up without lifting any weights)
