Liposuction, and yes, there are compression shorts but they have very limited value.

You can get a few things from stores that help tuck in the hips and thighs and belly like spanx.

Depends on what part of the hip. The long underworks 997 binder will trim a few inches off the meaty part of your hips but it depends on how much fat is there.
