Walk.
I'm not kidding when I say that, but walk. Use smaller plates and bowls when you eat, too, and eat a little bit healthier.
My mom lost 75 lbs in a year just by walking a mile or two a day and by eating smaller portions and using healthier foods, but the food wasn't tasteless. She also didn't deny herself sweets, she just cut back on them and went to one small stick of 60% dark chocolate (which has been proven to help mood and weight, but I'll have to go find the studies) a day.
Edit: (saw the post below mine) My mom was in her mid-40s when she lost the weight.
