Hello Everyone, Firstly I'm new here, so hello to all

My names Jack, FTM, Im 22 years old, and transitioned 4 years ago. All identification passports driving licence etc are in the new gender and name, and birth certificate also changed.
My question is around the fact I'm going on holiday in September with my girlfriend to Tunisia for a week. We're travelling from Manchester to Monastir Airport and I am worried about packing. I've yet to have lower surgery so I pack with a medical prosthetic and also have a separate one for more intimate moments shall we say.
I am wondering what the Airport Security in Monastir customs regulations are as to whether I can put the prosthetic device in my suitcase to be checked in and out of the country. I worry that this may be confiscated from my suitcase or worse risk breaking a law and end up in trouble. I understand I am entering an Islamic country where such situations may not be understood, and have been looking for clarification on the airports website, where it says prohibited items pornographic or obscene materials (does this constitute my packing etc or is it just literature) I've also looked and can find nothing on transgender laws within the country.
Does anybody have any advice or knowledge on travelling to Tunisia? Or stories on travelling in general either guys packing or for the ladies has anyone had any trouble with dilators?
Also has anyone travelled through Manchester customs security whilst packing? I read something on their site about those new 3d scanners and it's got a bit for transgender but it's quite brief. I really don't want my bits and bobs confiscated or wacked out for everyone to see.
Please girls and guys, any information you can offer I will appreciate, Its stressing me out so much and I don't nowhere to turn to.
Thanks everyone
Jack
