Ok I just felt like sharing this, because I always liked reading other's good experiences.
I went to houston for a week and passed the whole time! Voice and all. No one even gave me a questioning look, I got male pronouns from everyone and got flirted with at warped tour

I also met my friend's parents, who weren't aware of my situation, and I completely passed with them. Then when I had to go home (greyhound yuck) my friend ended up booking my ticket under James (no legal name change yet) so I kinda worried about the ID part, but I ended up getting to the gate right before the bus was about to leave, so they didn't even ask for ID just looked at my ticket. So I was saved from an explanation.
It all just made me feel so comfortable, like I was finally looked at as who I really am. No awkward situations of being called "her" or questioning looks. Just an awesome feeling!
