You are VERY welcome here!  Plenty of FTM guys just like you, and they're really cool.  Get to know them and talk it up!

Finding a good, competent surgeon to perform top surgery should be easy.  Mastectomies are a very common operation (I've worked in the medical profession for years and know this for a fact!), and there are plenty of surgeons who do this procedure.

Like you said, getting the money together is "the thing."  Where there is a will, there is a way.  You'll find a way.
