Lower face swelling has begun to settle down, at last. This usually takes 12 to 19 weeks, so it's only the beginning. Improvement might be seen until as long a FFS + 6m, so there is no need to be in a hurry.

Just noticed the photos I included in my message are gone. Is it a glitch in the forum, or did the moderators remove them ?
