I do that too and for the same reason.  It helps to stretch out my calves.

So do I and I find it very comfortable. I'm usually sitting like that, it appears to be a subconscious way of sitting for me. The only bad thing about is that I have a cute pair of boot which have an ornamental buckle, and I've ripped my panti-hose to shreds
