I got my 3rd T shot yesterday, and later that day and all of today, I have had pain, some minor swelling and stiffness, and warmth to the touch at the injection site.  I was very sanitary so I am hoping it's not an infection and just because I haven't injected in this leg before now.  Any experience with this?

When I first started T as my hair and skin texture changed a couple shots hurt and were hot and itchy and swelled up a little bit.  It doesn't happen anymore and hasn't for awhile.
Call me a cheat but I make my own fate.

Pain and stiffness after every shot so far (4) but i haven't had any warmth at the injection site, also no exp with thigh injections.  Let us know how you are feeling tomorrow

Warmth is pretty common with inflammation, I think, which can be caused simply by the shot or by infection... I just wanted to hear whether it was common for people to have similar reactions to shots.  It's good to hear that there are some accounts of similar things.  I'll see how I feel in the coming days.

I've done all my shots prior to my last one. A friend did this one and he does his own shots too but he nicked a vein so my leg has been angry at me. Not really swollen cause I don't swell easily but more sore than it is when I do my shot cause I literally inspect my leg for veins before I pick a spot.

I've been on T for over a year, and I get pain and stiffness after almost every shot.  However, if the swelling and heat don't go down after a few hours, or if it gets more than just a little swollen and warm, you might want to have it checked out.

Well, good news -- it no longer hurts.  Actually, just stopped this morning.  I did not hit a vein as, yes, I also map out my veins before I pick a spot.  Also, no blood upon drawing back, no bleeding, no nothing.  I think it was just quite deep into the muscle this time, and the first time for that poor muscle.  Seems okay now.
